How to take measurement correctly?

The best way is to use a measuring tape, while standing in a comfortable upright position and breathing freely.

Chest circumference. The measuring tape should be put around the body, under arms, in the widest part of the chest. The measurement can be taken in a favourite bra, taking into account that it can add up to several centimeters in circumference and changing it subsequently may affect the extent to which an item matches this part of the body!

Waist circumference. The measuring tape should be put around the most narrow part of the waste, but it needs to be remembered that the measuring tape be relatively loose and it is not placed tightly around the measured part of the body. It is also wrong to stretch out or extensively hold in the stomach, as the measurement needs to be made in a natural position.

Hips circumference. The measuring tape should be put around the broadest part of the body – between the waist and thighs.
