Cancellation of order, complaints, withdrawal from agreement

A Customer can cancel an order without giving the grounds to do within 14 days from the moment of delivering the goods to the Customer, by contacting the Customer Service Department via Hotline or sending a message to the e-mail address available at the website: www.zaquad.eu in the Contact tab.

A cancellation may concern the whole or part of order that has been placed. If the payment has been made in advance via a bank transfer, the amount due shall be refunded to the Customer’s account from which the payment was made or after prior agreement with the Customer Service department.

Right to withdraw from the agreement /returning goods

All goods ordered in the www.zaquad.eu online shop can be returned without giving grounds for doing so within 14 days from delivering the  goods to the Customer. The goods must have the original packaging, they cannot bear traces of use. The only costs to be incurred by the Customer are the costs of dispatching the goods to the company ZPHU DANA Danuta Banaczek, address: Kolonia 82 B, 26-115 Skarżysko Kościelne. It is also necessary to enclose the invoice or receipt and a withdrawal form with the dispatch. We need to be informed via email about the Customer’s intent to return the goods before the returned goods are dispatched.

If the payment for goods was made in advance via a bank transfer, the amount due will be refunded  to the Customer’s account from which the payment was made or to the account number indicated in the used for withdrawing from a contract within 14 business days. The shop guarantees the refund of the amount equal to the price of goods with an additional charge in the case of “cash on delivery” payment. The shop shall not refund the costs of dispatch incurred by the Customer in the case of returning goods that are dispatched back to the shop.

At the moment of receiving the dispatch, the Customer should check the content of the package in the presence of the courier, in order to verify whether the content is compliant with the order and whether no damage has occurred during transportation. If the Customer does not check the content of the package in the presence of the courier, complaints related to the above clause will not be taken into consideration. Should such situation occur, it is necessary to prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier, to inform the company of this fact and to send the package to our address.

Complaints

Should the Customer receive faulty goods, they are entitled to make a complaint concerning such goods. The Customer may replace goods with new ones, however if no goods are available in the warehouse, the Customer is entitled to a refund. The Customer has 30 days to submit a complaint, starting from the date of receiving the shipment. The complaint is dealt with by the www.zaquad.eu online shop within 2 weeks from receiving the returned goods. A complaint can be rejected for lack of receipt, VAT invoice, lack of letter of complaint or as a result of the fact that the goods were damaged  during transportation to the Customer or after they were received by the Customer. The Customer shall bear the costs of delivering the goods being the subject of complaint to the company’s warehouse: ZPHU DANA Danuta Banaczek, address: Kolonia 82 B, 26-115 Skarżysko Kościelne. Refunding costs of delivery is dependent upon the acceptance of a complaint.

Replacement of goods

Each item may be replaced with another one with a different size or colour. In the case of replacement, the receipt received with the package shall be enclosed with the shipment and the size or colour of the product with which the originally bought one shall be replaced needs to be marked on the receipt.

The replacement of goods requires that the Customer incurs the costs of shipment of the replaced goods to the warehouse of the company: ZPHU DANA Danuta Banaczek, address: Kolonia 82 B, 26-115 Skarżysko Kościelne.
